Yesterday, I felt well enough to stop taking the Singulair that the doc had prescribed for when my lungs are bad, as it had side effects of joint and skin irritation, insomnia, and involuntary jerking of my legs. EFT had quickly got all those under control except for a knee pain, which kept returning. Now I had twisted my knee, and it twisted back, but it was very stiff. and to me that was a warning sign that the rest of my body could be getting affected somehow. So last night, without the Singluair for the first night in two weeks, my cat decided to bite me and really dug her teeth in. The area became inflamed, and fearful of how I would cope if the allergy came back without the Singulair, I started to hyperventilate, which was clearly silly! So I tapped:

London property is overpriced because there are too many people and too few properties. Landlords up the price further by literally papering over cracks. When we lived in London, two years ago we were gassed for a second time, as our landlord had not checked the flat was safe before doing all the cosmetic changes. And the legacy from 2 years ago when we were gassed that second time is that my partner has lost quite a bit of hearing and has congested nasal and ear passages. In desperation, my partner took steroids last week, which brought back the sense of smell and some more hearing. But I am now being snapped at and screamed at, and it’s hard not to react.

We cope by screaming at each other whilst tapping at the same time, and soon the screaming subsides and we make good again. But I’m still upset, so I tap…

Air pollution in the Tableview winter mornings (it’s the southern hemisphere here) has been an irritant to my lungs.  So I put a little water t the bottom of a jar and left it outside in the morning.  Of course, we are going to move where pollution is minimal, but for now, desensitizing is the only option.  So I am holding the jar and tapping…

I have a ton of paperwork to do. You may well wonder what this has to do with health. However, I have found that for someone with a serious physical condition, I have to be as free from any negative emotions as possible. As a result, I’m often a pretty chilled-out person, so that’s an added bonus.

When I think of the tasks ahead today, I get a 9.85 on a scale of 10-0. Tapping…

The other day, I needed to tap for flu and a chest infection. My cat, sensing my distress, came to me. She is not a lap cat. She seemed to offer her body, so I thought why not? I tapped on her head and either side of her spine until I got relief. She stayed with me all the while I needed to tap. Amazing.

In other words, my cat surrogated her body for my tapping. Maybe that is partly what happens when someone strokes a dog or cat, which is well documented to produce calm and improved health. Only in EFT it is more targeted for what you need to let go of.
